U-FUSE® 315 Butt Welder 90-315mm

Hydraulic butt welding macihne for pipes and fittings made of PE, PP and PVDF with Ø 90-315mm. Due to usage of robust, low maintanance and long lifetime compnents a reliable work can be ensured.

The UFUSE hydraulic unit "Professional" with stepless pressure adjustment, easy-to-read pressure gauge and pressure accumulator is suitable for welding according to DVS and other internationally valid guidelines and standards

Designed to weld HDPE pipe according to DVS 2207-1, ISO 21307 and POP003 high and low-pressure specifications.

This butt welder is wired ready to accept a data logger.

Complete with machine body, extractable heating plate, extractable milling cutter, electro-hydraulic gearcase, heating plate and milling cutter support, tool kit.
